This week has been all about Tuesday's Apple Keynote - so it's understandable that our regular roundup of what the past week has brought in relation to Apple will be in the same vein. What news did we expect at the Keynote?

At this year's Keynote, Apple revealed the new iPhones, the Apple Watch, and also introduced the 2nd generation AirPods Pro, whose charging case is equipped with a USB-C connector. Let's now take a look at the summary of all the main news together.

iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max

This year, Apple showed the world four new iPhones: iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max. iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus they are available in blue, pink, yellow, green and black, and feature an OLED display with Dynamic Island. When iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max interesting changes have been implemented - for example, Apple has introduced titanium frames, the long-discussed action button, ultra-thin frames, the super-powerful A17 Pro chip, or perhaps an advanced camera with the ability to record Spatial videos in 3D - these videos will then be able to be played on the Vision Pro AR headset.

Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra

This year we saw not only the arrival of the Apple Watch Series 9, but also the Apple Watch Ultra. Apple Watch Series 9 offers the same design as their predecessors, and they are equipped with an Always-On display with a brightness of up to 2000 nits. They will be available in rose gold, Starlight, Silver, red and ink colors. There was also the introduction of the second generation Apple Watch Ultra. They haven't changed in terms of design either. They are equipped with an S9 chip, offer the possibility of processing Siri requests directly on the device, improved dictation and other small but pleasing goodies.

AirPods Pro 2nd generation with case with USB-C

AirPods of the 2nd generation with a charging case equipped with a USB-C connector can probably not be considered a novelty as such, but it is definitely a pleasant improvement. In addition to the fact that you will not need a Lightning cable to charge the case, the old AirPods Pro 2nd generation also offers a handful of innovations that their predecessor lacks. For example, they will offer support for 20-bit lossless 48kHz audio with very low latency when connected to the Vision Pro AR headset. The headphones, like the case, also boast dust resistance with an IP54 degree of protection.
