Pixelmator will bring a new function for removing objects from photos (17/4)
The upcoming update of the handy photo editing tool on Mac called Pixelmator is going to bring some really impressive and practical new features. It will now be possible to quickly and easily remove objects from photos. As you can see in the video, the function is really very user-friendly and the application basically takes care of everything itself. The user only has to "cross out" the relevant object with the cursor.

Photoshop from Adobe also has a similar function, but Pixelmator is very popular on the Mac, and it beats Photoshop primarily with its simplicity and usability even for complete amateurs. Although the update to the new version 3.2, called Sandstone, has not yet arrived in the Mac App Store, the developers have already temporarily discounted Pixelmator by half in order to attract new users and at the same time celebrate this important update.

New applications
Hitman GO
Hitman Go, the long-awaited game title from Square Enix, has also recently arrived in the App Store. Almost every gamer knows the bald hitman with the designation 47, but the new Hitman Go may surprise many. The game is conceived in a completely different way than it has been customary until now.
Hitman Go is not a classic action shooter, but a turn-based strategy game. Again, of course, you will kill selected villains and complete assigned missions, but in a different way than it has been in the games of this series so far. You will have to complete various tricky puzzles, search for secret and remote areas and use various tricks in order to find your target and eliminate it nicely. The game can be purchased in the universal version for €4,49 in the App Store.

ClimbJong
If you like the traditional Chinese game of Mahjong, which was made famous in the Czech Republic by, among other things, the TV series Fourth Star, you should get smarter. The ClimbJong game based on this classic, but adapted to local requirements, appeared in the App Store. Even though the game is based on the basic principles of its model, you will not come across any Chinese characters and images created in distant lands. ClimbJong is a game in a very European style and is specially designed for mountain climbing lovers.
You will find nothing but climbing properties of all kinds on the game board. The graphics of the game are stylish and good, and the game mainly boasts of its 5 difficulties, 90 levels, funny music and, for example, a button to reveal all free cards. ClimbJong is available on the App Store in a universal version for both iPhone and iPad. You pay 89 cents for the game and then you can enjoy the game without ads or additional purchases.

Important update
calendars 5
Developer studio Readdle updated both of its successful calendars this week. Both the paid Calendars 5 and the free Calendars come with some interesting new features that are definitely worth mentioning.
Minor changes have been made to the user interface of both tablet versions of the calendar. Additionally, customizable reminders can now be created on iPhone. Among the main differences of calendars from Readdle is the ability to add events in natural language, and version 5.4 expands this possibility as well. It is now also possible to enter new events in Italian, French and Spanish.
VLC
The very popular multimedia player VLC has probably already settled in the App Store for good, and in the new version 2.3.0 it brings several new features. VLC now allows you to create folders and sort media files in this way. Support for encrypted HTTP streams has also been added, the option to turn off gesture control or, for example, the option to use bold subtitles.
In addition to these news, a few new language localizations have also been added, but more importantly, new supported formats have also been added. These include m4b, caf, oma, w64, and mxg audio and video versions.
One Word - English word for every day
An interesting application for teaching English vocabulary has also acquired a new interesting function. A simple application that shows you an English word with translation, pronunciation and usage every day, can also display the history of learned words. Such a function is certainly useful and thanks to it the user will be able to learn words even more effectively.
Just a month after the release of version 8.0, Facebook comes with an update to version 9.0. The new features of this version mainly concern commenting and group management. The main screen (News Feed) of Facebook for iPad has also been changed, where more emphasis is now placed on posts that relate to popular topics.
You can conveniently reply to pages created in Facebook Pages Manager directly in the application, which was not possible until now. However, it is of course necessary that the page has commenting enabled. The administrator of the group also has the option, directly in the application, to approve the publication of a post inserted on the page of the given group by one of its members.

beware of One word on iPhone 5 and iPad 3 when trying to play the pronunciation, it always crashes - even deleting and reinstalling doesn't help - I recommend waiting for a fix :-)
just last week I was painstakingly retouching a clue from a photo .. I'm very curious about the new pixelmator :)
