Michal Marek The official Twitter client has been updated to version 6.1. This is not just a routine update fixing partial bugs. Twitter 6.1 brings several new features, mostly related to images. They are gaining more and more space in the official application of this social network.
Now, using the gallery icon, it is possible to simply reply to a tweet with a picture. When you post a new image, Twitter will now automatically ask you who you want to mention in the tweet and share the image with. Editing images is also easier in version 6.1. They can be easily rotated or trimmed. Image viewing has been improved as well.
Twitter has a few more improvements. If you perform the classic "pull to refresh" gesture and there are no new tweets available, you will at least be shown an overview of posts that have been starred by users you follow. If you touch a banner with these recommendations, Twitter will automatically switch you to Discover mode.

Having Discover pop up every time there isn't a new tweet is pretty damn annoying.
