We could meet in October convince, which will make thirty years of difference in the technology world. Eighty of the screens of the original Macintosh could fit on the latest iMac with Retina 5K display. Kent Akgungoro has now been imitated by Mike Solomon, only in reverse - what would a current display look like on a thirty-year-old Macintosh?
Mike Solomon on his blog The Cleverest writes, that he was very interested in Akgungoro's comparison of the original Macintosh with the current Retina 5K iMac, so he decided to show the progress in reverse as well. He prepared several proposals for how the current OS X Yosemite would look from a 512K Retina display on an original Macintosh with a resolution of 342 × 5 pixels. The attached images are in a 1:1 pixel ratio.
So be it, but for current iOS-GEEKs who didn't grow up on MacOS 6 like me, it would be good to mention that the original Macintosh was B@W, so it definitely wouldn't look that colorful...
do you mean b&w..?
