If you're currently plagued by iCloud, Mail, or Photos issues, it's not your fault. Almost half of Apple's services are currently down. The first problems started occurring in the afternoon and continue until now.

While Apple has already managed to get some services back up and running, most of the originally affected ones are still out of order. Specifically, it concerns Find My iPhone, Find My Friends, Back to My Mac, Mail Drop and, above all, a number of services connected to iCloud - synchronization of photos, calendars, reminders, notes, contacts, passwords in the keychain, and last but not least, there are problems also for backups, cloud iWork or when trying to log in directly to Apple ID.

It should be noted that not all users will experience a service outage, which is also stated by Apple itself. It depends on the specific location, equipment and several other factors. The current status can be monitored on the website Apple System Status.

We will update the article once the outage status changes.
