It can be a real team strategy from the time of the Crusades, a turn from the distant future or a building strategy set in the early modern age. But it will probably follow the formula of each of the successful subgenres. However, Circle Empires from developers Luminous does not fit into such boxes.

Where other combat strategies offer you a continuous game map to explore, Circle of Empires divides its world neatly into interconnected circular stages on which your battles will take place. Your task will be to gradually expand the territory you control and make maximum use of each of the unique circles. Thanks to the newly acquired resources, you can afford to expand the ranks of your soldiers and dare to occupy more and more sections of the game world.
At the same time, the world is procedurally generated, so each playthrough of the game will have a fresh impression. However, don't count on running into simple enemies with the help of luck. The further you go from home in each of your attempts, the more dangerous enemies await you. Their different types and the means to deal with them will determine whether you can build a successful empire. There are over one hundred and fifty different types of units, monsters and buildings waiting for you in Circle Empires.
