Valve has already released a beta version of the Steam client for Mac. A large avalanche of titles is thus pouring in on Mac OS users, although at least initially it will be more about older titles or smaller Peggle-style games.
If you are already burning with anticipation, then start downloading Steam client. Valve's Portal is definitely among the biggest draws, but I was personally most pleased with the availability of Team Fortress 2 starting today! Team Fortress is an excellent multiplayer FPS action. If you don't let the cartoon graphics take you by surprise, then believe that this is an intense multiplayer team action.

The only thing worse is that no game can be downloaded yet :( I hope we won't have to wait long
Well, I just don't see Team Fortress 2 for MAC there, there is only the WIN version. They might launch it in the later hours.
I'm waiting for Team Fortress 2. I still have it from the Win version, it would be a shame not to play it on Mac as well. Does anyone still have problems with downloading or server overload?
I was most pleased with the Civilization IV package.
I noticed some games have OS 10.4 in the requirements, but as far as I know the Steam client is only for 10.5 and up? Where did the error occur?
