I've always been a big fan of racing games. Compared to others, however, I only enjoyed car racing, motorbikes never meant much to me. But recently I discovered the game Traffic Rider, which changed my opinion. For a long time, I haven't encountered such pleasant controls, sophisticated graphics and interesting tasks.

Traffic Rider is an easy game where you have to zigzag between passing cars in the role of a biker. The biggest enemy is only heavy traffic and gallows time limits, within which you have to cover a certain section of the road. As in any proper racing game, there is also a varied garage with a fleet of cars. Instead of cars, however, powerful two-wheeled machines await you, which you can improve and design in various ways.

At the beginning, you only have an ordinary scooter at your disposal, with which you can handle the first missions. I highly recommend improving primarily the performance that is necessary to complete the tasks. You also start with only one mode unlocked, the career, others will be unlocked gradually. Later, time trial, endless mode and free ride await you.

The first few missions will definitely be no problem. In most cases, you only have to drive the given section within the time limit or go through the gates in such a way that the set time limit does not expire. However, tasks where you have to narrowly pass passing cars are much worse. Personally, I'm pretty much stuck on the first ten cars. Controlling a motorcycle on an iPhone or iPad takes some practice.

As with any proper racing game, here too you can easily break down and have a blast with the biker. Therefore, I definitely recommend not taking unnecessary risks and preferring to use the brake if necessary. The control itself is very intuitive and resembles a motorcycle riding simulator. You control your machine only by tilting your iPhone or iPad sideways. On the other hand, it is enough to hold the right grip for gas, i.e. exactly the same as on a real motorcycle.

After a few laps, various gadgets are also unlocked, such as driving on the back wheel. Personally, I really like the detailed graphics of the motorcycle, including the surrounding landscape and the highway. There are forty levels to enjoy in total, and for each completed mission, you are credited with money that you use to buy upgrades. Your biker also improves at the same time.

While you will come across a lot of in-app purchases in Traffic Rider, I like that you can easily get these upgrades without having to pay. You definitely don't need to spend real money to enjoy Traffic Rider. I definitely recommend it to motorcycle lovers. Fingers crossed and don't forget you have brakes too.
