The interesting thing is that, for example, the iOS 13 and iOS 14 systems had several wallpapers available since the first developer beta version, while iOS 15 offers only one, which is available in two variants - depending on whether you have light or dark mode active. So it's still in play that new wallpapers will arrive with the next beta versions. But we'll have to wait a little longer for that.
