Press Release: Wrike, creator of a platform for effective corporate collaboration and project management, announces that it is opening a new branch in Prague. In parallel, it announces a competition for developers, designers and product managers, called "Work, Unleashed 2019". The goal of the competition is to get ideas to improve the user experience when using the platform and improve its features in line with the overall philosophy of Wrike, to help ensure better collaboration within companies and to increase the productivity of teams. Wrike plans to distribute up to one hundred thousand US dollars to the winners of the competition. First place will be awarded $25, second $10 and third $5. More than one team can place in the rewarded places. 

“This is a really big year for Wrike. We opened new branches in Prague and Tokyo and our platform got great improvements. And we're not even halfway through the year yet,” said Andrew Filev, Founder and CEO, Wrike. "We are really happy that we are finally opening a branch in Central Europe and that we will be able to make better use of talented young people from many universities in the Czech Republic and neighboring countries. There will certainly be interesting job opportunities for them in our Prague branch. We will gradually supplement our Prague team so that we are able to provide customers with really high-quality customer service and come up with further improvements to the platform."

The "Work, Unleashed 2019" competition starts today and is open to developers, designers and product managers from eleven European countries, which include Belarus, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine and Russia. All proposed solutions must complement or further develop the Wrike platform, clearly define the problem and its solution. Applications must be submitted no later than August 12, 2019. The ten selected finalists will be announced on August 20. Everyone will then meet in Prague on September 19, where the final selection and announcement of the winners will take place. The new Wrike branch is located  in Prague 7, and the company plans to employ about 80 employees at the end of this year. This number is expected to increase to 250 over the next three years.  The new location will also act as a Central European hub for the rapidly growing research and development team. It will also provide high quality business, customer service and support services to the company's clients worldwide. The company recently announced the opening of a branch in Tokyo, which means that Wrike currently has 7 branches in six countries around the world.
