Apple will no longer supply a USB network adapter for the newly introduced Apple Watch Series 6 and Apple Watch SE. It follows from the company's statement that it decided to take such a step with regard to the environment, which is certainly very important to protect. Thanks to this step, the carbon footprint will be reduced, which is the subject of important environmental debates today. As for the speculations that have already sprung up, probably expect the absence of an adapter with the arrival of the iPhone 12. Considering that you will not find an adapter in the package with the Apple Watch, it is not assumed that it would be any different with the smartphone from the Californian company.

Investigating the environment itself is commendable and more than important these days. On the other hand, individual accessories from Apple will give your wallet a good airing, and if you don't have enough adapters at home, you probably won't be happy to hear that it won't be included with the watch. For customers who previously only owned a phone and will be switching to Apple, this is therefore a considerable problem.

Whether the absence of an adapter in the package is a bad or a good move by Apple is completely impossible to say. Personally, I think that this is not a big mistake, however, in my opinion, it would be fair to offer the possibility to buy an adapter for the new watch at a discounted price. We're not going to lie, many of us already have countless adapters at home, and unpacking another one would be really pointless for them. But here again, we come across the fact that Apple sometimes does not give customers as much freedom as they would imagine from a premium brand.
