Microsoft decided to make it easier and faster for users to work in the Word text editor. Already at the end of next month, users of this application should see a new useful feature that will serve them suggestions of additional words as they type, thanks to which people will significantly speed up and simplify their work. Another of the news in our roundup concerns the WhatsApp application - unfortunately, the management still insists on the new terms of use, and it has already been decided what will happen to users who refuse to accede to these new terms. The latest news is the nice news about the forthcoming remastered version of the popular computer game Diablo II.

Diablo II returns

If you are also a fan of the popular computer game Diablo II, you now have a big reason to rejoice. After a lot of speculation and after a few leaks, Blizzard officially announced at its online Blizzcon this year that Diablo II will receive a major overhaul and a new remastered version. The new version of the game, which first saw the light of day back in 2000, will be released this year for personal computers, as well as for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S game consoles. The HD remaster will not only include the basic the game as such, but also its expansion called Lord of Destruction. Blizzard will be really busy this year - in addition to the mentioned remastered Diablo, it is also preparing to release a mobile version of the spinoff called Diablo Immortal and the title Diablo IV.

WhatsApp and the consequences of not agreeing to the new terms of use

Practically since the beginning of this year, the communication platform WhatsApp has faced criticism and an outflow of users. The reason is its new terms of use, which should finally enter into force this May. Many users were bothered by the fact that WhatsApp plans to share their personal data, including their phone number, with the social network Facebook. The implementation of the new terms of use has been postponed for several months, but it is an unavoidable matter. Representatives of the communication platform WhatsApp announced at the end of last week that users who do not agree to the new terms of use will have their accounts deleted without mercy. The new terms of use should definitely come into effect on May 15.

Users who do not accept them in the application will not be able to use WhatsApp and will lose their user account for good after 120 days of inactivity. After the wording of the new terms was published, WhatsApp received merciless criticism from many quarters, and users began to migrate en masse to competing services such as Signal or Telegram. A handful of people hoped that this feedback would eventually dissuade the WhatsApp operator from applying the mentioned conditions, but apparently WhatsApp was not going to be softened in any way.

A new feature in Word will save users time when typing

Microsoft is going to soon enrich its Microsoft Word application with a brand new function that should significantly save users time when writing and thus make their work more efficient. In the near future, Word should be able to somehow predict what you're going to type before you even type it. Microsoft is currently working intensively on the development of the predictive text function. Based on previous inputs, the program deduces what word the user is about to type and provides the corresponding hint, saving time and effort spent on typing.

The automatic generation of text suggestions will occur in real time in Word - to enter a suggested word, it is enough to press the Tab key, to reject it, the user will have to press the Esc key. In addition to saving time, Microsoft cites a significant reduction in the occurrence of grammatical and spelling errors as one of the main benefits of this new function. The development of the mentioned function has not yet been completed, but it is expected that it should have appeared in the Windows application by the end of next month.
