Midpoint will reportedly house five office buildings connected by a pedestrian bridge. In addition to these buildings, there will also be a trio of industrial buildings that will most likely serve as the center of Google's hardware division and should also house research and development related to Nest products. According to CNBC, Google began planning the construction of its Midpoint as early as 2018.
