Google is testing an integrated RSS reader in its web browser

Many users nowadays use various ways to keep up with news on their favorite blogs, websites or various news servers. Among other things, RSS readers are used for this purpose, either in the form of separate applications or as extensions for desktop web browsers. Google is currently testing an integrated RSS reader directly for its Chrome browser. In the coming weeks, the feature could be tested by some users in the United States, depending on the feedback from the public, it should gradually be rolled out to the rest of the world. The integrated RSS reader should work thanks to a button in the browser that allows users to easily and quickly add content to watch. As soon as new content appears on the monitored website, the user learns about it thanks to an immediate notification. The feature is currently being tested in Chrome Canary for Android devices. Google drew attention to this news in a post on your blog, it is not yet clear when and on which platforms the new feature will be available.

The founder of TikTok has resigned as the director of ByteDance

The founder of the popular social network TikTok and at the same time the owner of ByteDance, Zhang Yiming, announced yesterday that he has decided to resign from his position as the executive director of ByteDance. Zhang Yiming founded his company in 2012 together with Liang Rubo. It is Liang Rubo, who until now worked in ByteDance's HR department, who will now become its new executive director, while Yiming will move to another, as yet unspecified, position. Zhang Yiming said in a related statement that he feels he will be more effective in the new job than in the role of CEO, adding that he is not satisfied that he has not been able to change the concept of how the company operates. He also stated that he does not consider himself a very social person and that in his own opinion he lacks some of the skills necessary to be a good manager. Zhang Yiming started talking about the fact that Liang Rubo could eventually become the head of ByteDance as early as March this year. The role reversal should be fully completed within the next six months.
