New drivers for Sony PlayStation 5

In the middle of this week, Sony introduced a pair of new controllers for its PlayStation 5 game console. One of the controllers comes in a color called Cosmic Red, the color shade of the second of the newly introduced controllers is called Midnight Black. The Cosmic Red controller is finished in black and red, while the Midnight Black is all black. With their design, both novelties resemble the appearance of the controllers for the PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 consoles. Until now, Sony has only offered its DualSense controllers for the PlayStation 5 in a black-and-white version that matches the color of the aforementioned console. The new variants should go on sale within the next month, and there is also talk that color-coordinated PlayStation 5 covers could also be available in the future.

You can no longer pay Bitcoins for Tesla

Tesla has stopped accepting Bitcoin payments for its electric cars after just under two months. The reason was allegedly concerns about the increased consumption of fossil fuels - at least that's what the CEO of the company Elon Musk said in his recent post on the social network Twitter. Tesla introduced Bitcoin payments at the end of March this year. Elon Musk also stated that he no longer intends to sell any of the Bitcoins that Tesla recently purchased for $1,5 billion. At the same time, Elon Musk believes that the state of our planet could improve again in the future, so he also stated that Tesla will return to accepting payments in Bitcoins when "more sustainable energy sources" begin to be used for their mining. "Cryptocurrencies are a great idea in many ways and have a promising future, but we can't tax it in the form of environmental impacts." Elon Musk said in a related statement.

European countries reject WhatsApp's terms of service

Practically since the beginning of this year, there have been talks about the new contractual terms of the WhatsApp application, which were the reason for many users to leave this platform. The new rules are due to come into effect tomorrow, but residents of a number of European countries can relax in this regard. One of these countries is Germany, which has been carefully examining these new policies since mid-April, and has finally decided to enforce their ban using GDPR procedures. The measure was pushed for by Data Protection and Freedom of Information Commissioner Johannes Casper, who said on Tuesday that the provisions on data transfers cut into different levels of privacy policy, were too vague and difficult to distinguish between their European and international versions.
