In addition to novelties, titles that first saw the light of day in the nineties of the last century are also very popular among game console owners. Nintendo is well aware of this, so owners of Nintendo Switch gaming consoles could soon be able to see the arrival of traditional Game Boy games as part of the Switch Online service. For a change, Amazon fans could expect a new television from this company's workshop this fall.

Will traditional Game Boy games appear on Nintendo Switch?

According to the latest reports, it looks like Nintendo is finally ready to add more titles to the Nintendo Switch console that were previously available on its older game consoles. As part of the Switch Online streaming service, popular game titles from the Game Boy and Game Boy Color consoles could be added to the SNES and NES games in the near future. For now, this is more or less speculation, so it is not even entirely clear which Gameboy titles owners of Nintendo Switch consoles can actually look forward to. But it can be assumed that Nintendo will initially make available less well-known games for these purposes, and the real hits will probably come a little later.

Remakes and remakes of popular game titles from earlier years are also very popular with competing manufacturers, so it's only logical that Nintendo will want to follow suit. It was also previously speculated that Nintendo could come up with a new version of its popular game console Game Boy Classic, but there are still a lot of questions hanging over these speculations. The thirtieth anniversary of the popular Game Boy passed without any significant events, the possible release of a new version of this console is not affected by the fact that all electronics manufacturers have had to deal with a desperate shortage of chips and other components for some time. We can only hope that retro lovers will come to their senses soon at least thanks to a new batch of classic games.

Amazon is preparing its own TV

The days when Amazon's activities were limited to selling books online are long gone. Currently, Amazon not only runs its own giant online sales platform, but also runs a number of other activities, including various web services or hardware sales, such as smart speakers, electronic book readers or even tablets. Server Insider reported at the end of this week that even its own televisions should emerge from Amazon's workshop in the foreseeable future.

According to the Insider server, the TV from Amazon should see the light of day already in October of this year, for now probably only in the United States. The Amazon TV should of course be equipped with the Alexa voice assistant, and it should be available in several different sizes, with the screen diagonal ranging between 55 and 75 inches. Production is to be provided by third parties such as TCL, but according to Insider, Amazon is also working on the development of its own television, the production of which will take place directly under Amazon's wings. Amazon currently produces, for example, devices of the Fire TV product line, which are used to stream content and use streaming and other services.
