With My Calendar: Period Tracker, you can record and track your cycle, ovulation, fertile days and more. You can also add notes, individual symptoms, records of possible mood changes, weight, or measured body temperature to your records. Cycle tracking

If you're not interested in any of the third-party apps, you can use the native Health on your iPhone to track and record your cycles and symptoms, where you'll find a Cycle Tracking section. You can simply add symptoms and cycle records in this case by going to native Health main screen tap in lower right corner na Browsing, you choose Cycle tracking avtop right click on Add period. You can add symptoms, sexual activity and other records in the section Additional dates.
