If Apple really has a problem with their device, they try to address it head on. This is also why it offers service programs that go beyond the scope of a normal complaint, or supplement it in some way. Currently, here you can find those for iPhone 12, MacBooks, but also AirPods Pro.

Although you can buy all the company's products and learn everything about its services on the Apple.cz website, there is also a bookmark support. It is in it that Apple advises how to not only use individual devices, but also service them if necessary. When you click on a product, you will see not only basic examples of working with it, but also a direct link to services.

For the introduction support page then you can scroll all the way down to where Apple Service Programs are located. These are arranged chronologically and apply to all products. You can then find out the chronological order of programs related exclusively to Mac computers after clicking their offers from the support homepage.

When you click on any program, you will see a description that tells not only which device it applies to, but also a description of the possible defect. It is important that you also read here the progress of the service with links to authorized Apple service providers and often also the first steps you should take before handing your device in for service. Sometimes there is also a field for filling in the serial number of your device, so you can immediately check whether you are really entitled to the service.
