FX's new comedy series "The Bear" is about food, family, crazy hard work, the beauty of a sense of urgency and the slippery slopes in life. Young chef Carmy tries to change "The Original Beef of Chicagoland" and himself for the better, while working with a rough-and-tumble kitchen staff that ends up becoming his second family.
