Despite the affairs with the keyboard and the webcam, Apple computers seem to be very popular with users, and they are the best in terms of satisfaction. This is evidenced by the ACSI customer satisfaction rating, in which Macy's was ranked first for the second year in a row.

The annual American Consumer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) reports that Apple is the top supplier of personal computers in the United States. The company achieved an overall score of 83 in the ranking, the same as last year. Apple also scores in the ranking of satisfaction with laptops and tablets.

In second place in the overall rating was Samsung with a score of 82 – only one point worse than last year. Amazon's rating fell from 82 to 79, while Acer, Dell and Toshiba scored 77, down from 75, 73 and 71 last year. Overall, the personal computer segment saw a slight increase from 77 to 78 points in this year's customer satisfaction ranking.

ACSI's David VanAmburg says that disputes between China and the United States could have a negative impact on consumer demand in the future, and the imposition of tariffs on Apple products could cause prices to rise and affect sales. PC makers need to prove their worth even more aggressively amid concerns about rising prices, according to VanAmburg. "It means focusing more on design and ease of use and making accessories," reports VanAmburg.

On the contrary, customers are the least satisfied with support, which reached a score of 68 this year. Customers of Apple, Samsung and Amazon report the highest satisfaction in this area.
