Imagine a situation where you are with a bunch of friends at the pool and you want to take some photos. Of course, you are worried about your iPhone or iPad, and the option of taking it with you to the pool is out of the question. The only thing left for you is to task someone or set a self-timer on your phone. In the case of a self-timer, however, you have to catch up with the others in a complicated way, and the result may not always be optimal.

A group of people from Düsseldorf, Germany decided to put an end to such unsuccessful shots, and thanks to the crowdfunding campaign on the server Indiegogo created the EmoFix remote trigger. It is designed for all mobile devices and it does not matter whether you use the iOS or Android system.

German developers claim that with the EmoFix remote trigger, the era of selfie 2.0 is coming, in which all photos and videos will be nothing but perfect. There is probably some truth to that, because with EmoFix you just need to place your phone or tablet on a tripod, tripod or just lean it against something, and then control the camera shutter remotely by pressing the button on EmoFix.

The device works with your phone via Bluetooth, so you only need to pair it before using EmoFix for the first time. If you then take an average of thirty pictures a day with it, the small remote control should last you over two years, thanks to its built-in battery. However, it is built in in such a way that once it runs out, the EmoFix will only serve as a key ring at most.

The body of the EmoFix is made of a cleanly machined metal alloy that provides incredible durability, so it can easily withstand various unwanted falls. EmoFix is also waterproof, so taking pictures in the pool is no problem. We didn't mention the key ring above by chance - the EmoFix has a hole, thanks to which you can easily attach it to your keys or carabiner. That way, you don't have to worry about leaving or losing the controller (as long as you don't lose all the keys with it).

You can use EmoFix not only for photography, but also for video recording. The remote trigger has a range of about ten meters and works reliably. You will appreciate it when shooting at night or when setting long times, because using the self-timer or hasty recovery usually does not ensure the right result.

You can get a remote shutter release for the iPhone even cheaper than for 949 crowns, how much does EmoFix cost?, however, with it you have a guarantee of maximum durability and also a style where you don't have to be ashamed of it on your keys. That is, if you don't mind the single abstract motif that EmoFix is sold with. For passionate "iPhone photographers", EmoFix can become a suitable accessory and maybe thanks to it, they can conjure up some better photos than they have managed so far.
