It is therefore not surprising that a number of various leaks and speculations are spreading among apple growers, informing us about possible novelties of the new series. Apparently, the Cupertino giant has prepared a number of really interesting changes for us. Very often, for example, there is talk about coming to know a better camera with a higher sensor resolution, about removing the upper cutout or canceling the mini model and replacing it with a larger version of the iPhone 14 Max/Plus.

Some sources say that Apple is going to expand the capabilities of its apple phones and models iPhone 14 Pro gift up to 2 TB of memory. Of course, we will have to pay extra for such a version, and it will definitely not be enough. On the other hand, there is also a discussion about whether Apple will surprise us this year with changes in the area of basic storage. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like that for now.

For now, it looks pretty clear – the iPhone 14 will start with 128GB of storage. For now, there is no reason for Apple to increase the base of its Apple phones in any way. After all, this only happened last year, when we saw the transition from 64 GB to 128 GB. And we have to admit quite honestly that this change came rather late. The capabilities of smartphones are moving forward at a rocket pace. In addition, in recent years, manufacturers have focused primarily on the quality of photos and videos, which understandably take up more space and require larger storage. Filling, for example, a 64GB iPhone 12 with 4K video at 60 frames per second is therefore not difficult at all. For this reason, most manufacturers switched to 128GB storage for their flagships, while Apple more or less waited for this change.

If this change came only last year, it is very unlikely that Apple would now decide to change the current mood in any way. Quite the contrary. As we know the Cupertino giant and its approach to these changes, we can rather count on the fact that we will wait a little longer for the increase than the competition will do. In this case, however, we are already very much ahead of our time. Further increases in storage for basic models will not just happen right away.
What changes will iPhone 14 bring?
Finally, let's shed some light on what we can expect from the iPhone 14. As we mentioned above, the most talked about is the removal of the famous cutout, which has become a thorn in the side of many fans. This time, the giant is to replace it with a double shot. But it must be mentioned that there are also speculations that only the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max models will boast this change. As for the expected changes related to the camera, in this respect Apple is to drop the 12MP main sensor after years and replace it with a larger, 48MP sensor, thanks to which we could expect even better photos and especially 8K video.

The arrival of the more powerful Apple A16 Bionic chip is also a matter of course. However, a number of credible sources agree on a rather interesting change - only the Pro models will get the new chipset, while basic iPhones will have to make do with last year's Apple A15 Bionic version. At the same time, there is still speculation about the removal of the physical SIM card slot, the mentioned cancellation of the mini model and an even better 5G modem.
