The creators of the service were probably very well aware of this Easy Complaints, with which complaints should - obviously - finally be easy. How does it work?
You fill out the form, Easy Complaints they will take over the goods from you for the claim, handle everything for you, provide information about the progress and then bring either the refunded money or the claimed goods into your hands.

Saving time can be invaluable for many.
Easy Complaints would probably not be like that easy, if there wasn't an iOS application where everything is very simple. You must first register and fill in a phone number for contact purposes during the claim and an account number for a possible refund, which the creators want to speed up the whole process.
Then you can proceed to the complaint itself. For the selected goods, fill in the name, category, seller, whether the purchase was made on the Internet and attach a photo of the receipt. You also choose whether you prefer a refund or a piece-by-piece repair or replacement, and you choose the time when you want to hand over the goods. They will take care of the rest Easy Complaints.
During the complaint process, the application informs you directly with notifications or you receive e-mails so that you are aware of what is happening. Easy Complaints if necessary, they can refer the entire dispute to lawyers.
In addition to the fact that the application can ensure the above-mentioned claim as such, it can also be used to store all invoices and warranty certificates from purchased products, which you then do not have to look for when making a claim. Bill storage is similar to in the Flyceipts app, it just is Easy Complaints offers for free, and in the future they are also planning, for example, OCR and a barcode scanner.

Only the additional AppleCare options. Help with migrating data from a faulty device to a new one, renting a replacement, help with setup. Then even the Apple prices make sense.

What the article deals with is a complaint. I believe that someone will order such a service, that by the way they won't make a complaint thanks to it, but it's not much for me ;-).
These services, as you write, would of course be great, but AppleCare is not that cheap, so the question is how many people would buy it. I bought one (I bought it in England), it even covered 2 years of worldwide repair and free battery replacement if the capacity drops to 2% or less within 50 years. In the end, I didn't need anything from it ;-), so about 15% of the product price flew out the window.
Personally, I think that someone has finally come up with something useful that can save time. You mention Apple support, that in itself is nice, but what if someone breaks something that is not from Apple. I think this can be a good alternative solution. I live in Prague and I go to the Czech Service, Alza too, but only because it is close to work... other things? I'm not really going to trundle around Prágl like a moron in the columns to promote another unpopular part of the technology... that's really not worth it. I want to have peace after work. 199,-? I'll take a 2x, especially if I don't have to mess with it.
Jasan, however, I was just complaining about the missing piece of the Apple puzzle. Both the idea and the application look promising. I look forward to user references. In particular, I am quite interested in the legal aid offered.
I myself have failed a few times with a claim, I felt cheated, but I didn't have the courage to go through uncertain legal battles.
