I have been testing the headphones for several days now and I must say that even in this case, Swissten did not disappoint me. The headphones are very well made for their price and at the same time they don't cost a lot of money. That's why I decided to summarize today's review in the words "cheap and high quality". However, let's refrain from the introductory formalities and let's take a look at the Swissten FC-2 headphones.

The FC-2 headphones will most likely excite you at first glance with their futuristic design. They can play for up to 6 hours straight, so you don't have to worry about taking your headphones on a hike or to the gym for a hard workout. The headphones themselves are primarily intended for athletes and are designed as such. Earplugs guarantee that they will not fall out of your ears even if you stand on your head. At the same time, the headphones are connected to each other, so you won't lose one of the headphones. I was very surprised by the weight of only 21 grams, and when I had the headphones on my head for a while, I didn't even know I had them after a while. The magnets in both headphones are also interesting - if you take off the headphones and bring the left and right sides together, they will magnetically connect to each other, vibrate and turn off, saving energy. In addition, you can also make phone calls with the headphones, as there is also a microphone on their body in addition to the control buttons.
Packing
With the packaging of the FC-2 headphones, Swissten, as with their other products, really hit the nail on the head. If you decide to buy, you will receive an unusually large box for the headphones. However, you have to be understanding about the big box, as these are body-connected headphones, so you don't roll them into a small box, like Apple's EarPods for example. The front of the box is transparent, so you can immediately see what you're getting into. Swissten branding is then found all over the box, and on the back of the box we find a detailed description of the headphones - what is located where, what the buttons are for, etc. You can take the headphones out by simply opening the front transparent lid. However, be careful when taking it out of the case - the headphones are held really firmly here, and I was personally afraid that I would break the small wire that leads to them. Under the portable device there are spare plugs, instructions and, of course, a microUSB cable with which you can charge the headphones must not be missing.

If we look at the processing, we will find that the headphones are really well made. When I held the headphones in my hand for the first time, I noticed a special surface treatment. The surface is modified to resist sweat and all environmental influences. Personally, I don't really look for in-ear headphones, but when I put the FC-2 headphones in my ears, I found out that in this case I would have bitten through it without any problems. The earplugs perfectly isolate the surrounding noise and at the same time they do not hurt the ears even after prolonged use. There are three buttons on the right side of the headphone body, two of which you can use to adjust the volume, and the third, smaller one, you can simply turn on the headphones. After switching on the headphones, the button starts to act as a multifunction button, so you can use it to skip music, for example.
Sound and endurance
I'll admit that I wasn't expecting any extra big miracle in the case of sound. But the opposite is true. When I first played music in Swissten headphones, I was very pleasantly surprised. The FC-2 headphones handle any type of music without any problems. So it doesn't matter if you play calm and rhythmic music for running or if you opt for hard, over-bassed music for the gym. In all cases, the headphones don't have the slightest problem, they have strong bass and, considering their price tag, they play really cleanly. Swissten writes about its headphones that they can last up to 6 hours of active music playback. I personally got about 6 and a half hours until the headphones were completely discharged - so I can only confirm the manufacturer's claim.

I really liked the headphones and I happily use them for running and occasionally listening to music at home. When running, I like the fact that they really hold firmly in the ears and do not fall off your head, as is the case with classic headphones or earpods in the form of EarPods. I mentioned above that they isolate the surrounding noise really well, which I can confirm. However, it is necessary to be careful so that something does not happen to you while listening to music outside. Although the headphones isolate the surrounding noise really well, this also has its disadvantages - you can easily hear a moving car. But this is perhaps the only advantage-disadvantage that the Swissten FC-2 headphones have. At home, I use them to occasionally listen to music and there is no blackout a few meters from the computer, for which Swissten definitely has plus points for me.
