After almost ten years, the Americans are heading into space with their own rocket

A livestream of today's very important event is available on SpaceX's YouTube channel. After almost ten years, American astronauts are preparing to go into space, which will be transported to the International Space Station by an American rocket, or the Crew Dragon module. The mission, named DEMO-2, has (at the time of writing) about a 60% chance of a successful launch depending on the weather at the launch site, from launch pad LC 39A at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. American astronauts Bob Behnken and Doug Hurley will be on board Crew Dragon. If all goes as it should, the United States will have its own means of transport to space after almost a decade. That way, they won't have to pay tens of millions of dollars to Russia and their Soyuz program, which has been sending American astronauts into space for the past 9 years. The start window starts at 22:33 our time. If the weather does not allow the start, the next start window is scheduled for Saturday or sunday You can find more information about this historic launch at site of SpaceX, including a detailed travel timetable.

Twitter began to draw attention to misleading or false Tweets by politicians, starting with Trump

On Twitter yesterday, for the first time, a demonstration of a new tool appeared in practice, with which this social network wants to work with refuting or clarifying misleading or even completely false tweets. And Twitter didn't hide it and pointed out the false tweet of probably the most famous Twitter user - US President Donald Trump. His Tweet about the illegitimacy of the postal voting system was evaluated by Twitter as false and the link below the Tweet directed the reader to information that should put the wording of the tweet in perspective. The response was very quick. Voices began to appear on Twitter that Twitter was meddling in the pre-election fight, and Trump himself also spoke negatively about this news, attacking the media that are supposed to present information "fairly", especially CNN and the Washington Post. Trump said in another tweet that Twitter is trying to harm conservative users and silence their voices with this move. There were also mentions of the regulation of social networks or even their cancellation.

Samsung announces its own 'Samsung Money' credit card

Samsung today announced a novelty, which is its own payment card named Samsung Money. The company was probably "inspired" by Apple and its Apple Card, which reached the first American users more than a year ago. The Samsung card is more similar to plastic conventional credit/debit cards. It is a MasterCard issued by SoFi, an American banking institution focused on loans, credits, mortgages and other banking services in the field of banking. As in the case of Apple, the card number, expiration or CVV code is also missing here. However, the cardholder's name is on the back. The Samsung Pay application will be used to administer the account, which should offer some functions similar to those that Apple offers to Apple Card owners through the Wallet application.
