Apple picker Press Release: QNAP today introduced 8-port gigabit unmanaged switches that feature three 10GbE SFP+ ports and support SFP+ and RJ45 ports to connect various network devices. The newly introduced QSW-308 series switches offer a cost-effective 10GbE network solution to meet various types of 10GbE/1GbE hybrid network infrastructures in homes and offices.
The QSW-308-1C and QSW-308S switches feature three 10GbE SFP+ ports and eight Gigabit ports to help users optimize high-speed networks. The QSW-308-1C switch includes one additional 10GbE SFP+/RJ45 combo port that is compatible with 10GbE and NBASE-T technologies to offer support for five network speeds (10 Gb/s, 5 Gb/s, 2,5 Gb/s s, 1 Gb/s and 100 Mb/s). The combined SFP+/RJ45 (copper) port allows users to implement high-speed networks using existing Cat. 5e and 6a cables.
