Using cloud-based artificial intelligence, this drive failure prediction tool enables users to take proactive steps to protect against server downtime and data loss by replacing drives before they fail.
DA Drive Analyzer uses statistics generated from ULINK's cloud AI portal. Based on historical usage data from millions of drives provided by users like you, DA Drive Analyzer uses machine learning to track historical behavior and can find drive failure events that traditional diagnostic tools relying on SMART thresholds don't flag Its user interface is also much more friendly and intuitive, and allows you to plan disk replacement based on clearly defined disk information.

Availability
The DA Drive Analyzer can be downloaded from App Center. A free trial version of DA Drive Analyzer can be tried (until March 5, 2022) by those who subscribe to an annual subscription.
Supported models
- NAS: All QNAP NAS devices with QTS 5.0 / QuTS hero h5.0 (or later) are supported. All QNAP expansion units (except TR series) are also supported. Please note that DA Drive Analyzer requires internet access.
- Discs: DA Drive Analyzer does not support SAS and NVMe drives now. Some SATA drives may not be supported due to firmware or manufacturer settings. After installing the DA Drive Analyzer, check the list of supported models provided by ULINK or use the function in the application to check the supported drive models.
