Dan Pražák Although the new iPhone 11 Pro (Max) does not go on sale until Friday, and the information embargo on reviews will most likely end later today, the first unboxing of the phone has already appeared. Its author is a Vietnamese magazine Genk, who unwrapped specifically the iPhone 11 Pro Max in gold design, giving us a first look at the packaging and its contents, and of course also at the phone itself.
The packaging of the iPhone 11 Pro comes with several novelties. First of all, the completely black box, which we last saw with the iPhone 7 in Jet Black design, is surprising. The image of the phone itself is also different, as this time the rear side with a triple camera is captured. On the other hand, with last year's iPhone XS and last year's iPhone X, Apple emphasized the display, which it also depicted on the boxes themselves.

Changes have also taken place inside the packaging. After all, as Apple mentioned last week at the keynote, the new iPhone 11 Pro (Max) comes with an 18 W USB-C adapter for fast phone charging. Hand in hand with this, of course, the cable has also changed, which is now equipped with a USB-C connector instead of the original USB-A. Thanks to this change, the new iPhone 11 Pro will be compatible with newer MacBooks right out of the box. The package still includes headphones with a Lightning connector, however, just like last year, the reduction from Lightning to 3,5 mm jack is missing this time, and the user must purchase an adapter if necessary.
The phone itself impresses with its triple camera, matte glass treatment and partly also the new position of the logo, which is now located exactly in the middle of the back. A few may be surprised by the absence of the "iPhone" inscription, which until now was located at the back of the phone's bottom edge. By removing it, Apple is probably trying to achieve the most minimalistic design possible, especially in contrast to the distinctive camera. However, models intended for the European market, i.e. also for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, will be equipped with homologation.
During the night, the first unboxing videos of the iPhone 11 Pro also appeared on YouTube. An interesting fact is that in all cases the actors unwrap the phone in a gold design. The reason is likely to be the availability of individual color variants, when, for example, space gray or midnight green were sold out on the very first day of the launch of pre-orders. We will have to wait until the embargo ends to unbox the other colors.
I honestly don't understand what's insulting everyone about those three lenses, I think it's much nicer than last year.
