Jiří Filip Alza.cz recently opened the first Apple Shop outside the capital in its Pilsen branch. At 70 m2 exhibits a complete portfolio of the latest products of this brand available in the Czech Republic. The trained employees of the American manufacturer will help with selection and testing.
By opening the first Apple Shop outside of Prague, the largest Czech e-shop confirms its position as a key seller of this brand's products in the Czech Republic. In the Pilsen showroom, customers have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the complete portfolio of Apple products available on the Czech market. On an area of 70 m2 they can try 47 types of products from the latest iPhones, through MacBooks, Apple Watch to original accessories and consult with Apple experts about them. Most of the products can be purchased directly on the spot from the store's stock.
"We are happy that we managed to bring the top customer service that the Apple Shop concept offers to another branch. We were the first in the Czech Republic to present such close cooperation with the Apple brand in our showroom in Holešovice, and now we are the first to extend it outside the capital," says Miroslav Kövary, director of the Alza.cz sales network. "I am personally very pleased that this happened in Pilsen, where we were the first in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe to present an extended presentation of this brand's products in the White Plus program," added Kövary. At the same time, the e-shop expanded the presentation of the Apple ecosystem at its branches in Zlín, Liberec, České Budějovice, Prague, Anděl and Dejvice, which are also newly included in the White Plus program.
Alza.cz is among the authorized retail partners that can sell Apple products in the Czech Republic. For cooperation, it uses the so-called "shop-in-shop" concept, where the products of the given brand have a dedicated special space within a specific store. Apple thus has more control over the sales process and the way its products are presented. Thanks to the service provided by trained employees of an American company, the shopping experience in them is even closer to the experience of branded stores that operate abroad. Alza.cz became the very first partner operating an Apple Shop in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe already in June 2014.
