2) Telefónica O2 did not answer this question. Update September 24: Apple supplies are still limited, but not stopped. So we're getting supplies of both versions on an ongoing basis, albeit in limited quantities.
3) The iPhone 4 in a white variant should be available at the end of the year. Supplies of these phones from Apple are very limited.

1) About 1500 pieces.
2) So far we only offer 16 GB in the black version, we sold out the first delivery in the first few days. Deliveries are ongoing, but in limited quantities, so it may happen that the device is not available in some stores. However, shop assistants can find out where the customer will succeed. We are also considering selling the 32 GB version.
3) We are not thinking about launching a white version yet, because the manufacturer himself has problems with it. Fortunately, the demand in the Czech Republic is more for the black version.

Here we got the information in one answer.Within a few days of the sale, our customers bought almost all of the iPhone 4 devices that Apple shipped. Especially thanks to the fact that Vodafone started selling this device first and offered favorable conditions to all customers. We are intensively negotiating with Apple to ensure the next delivery of the goods as quickly as possible and we are trying to fulfill all existing orders as quickly as possible.
iPhone 4 sales numbers from Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, as and Vodafone Czech Republic as were not disclosed to us. Unofficially, there is talk of more than 2 units sold at Vodafone and less than a thousand at Telefónica O000 in the first week.
All mobile operators are very cautious in admitting problems with phone deliveries. But the situation is not exceptional. In the American Apple Store, the delivery time is 3 weeks, in neighboring Germany with T-Mobile even 4 weeks. Apple itself does not comment on the situation surrounding deliveries. By the deadline of this article, we have not received a statement from the official Apple representative in the Czech Republic. But there are still new speculations about the modification of the antenna. One of our readers informed us that the iPhone is not available at T-Mobile and will not be until October at the earliest. The reason is supposed to be "hardware change".

Just to clarify, I inquired directly with Vodafone and received a response from customer support that they expect to restock the iPhone 4 after 17/9/2010.
They told me at the beginning of the month that they were waiting for stocking on the 9th and then again on the 15th, now I read again that on the 19th.
I bought the phone by chance when there was a mobile store in our town, so I asked when it would be in stock and I was lucky enough that they had 4 of them there.
So I called Vodafone a while ago, when will it probably be, I have ordered the phone (32GB) since 10.9. and so far every day it tells me that the phone is ready to be sent from today's date. By today's date I mean the day I check the status of the order, it changes regularly. The operator said that the next batch will arrive tomorrow, so he should be home on Monday. But he's crazy, what's the fuss about the iPhone, everyone calls and asks. There are already people who have an order there since September 3.9. (but before that there will be enough for all orders). The statement that he will come tomorrow sounded quite convincing, so maybe finally on that Monday :)
Well, a little while later, I received an SMS that my package had been sent, they also wrote the package number, but cpost.cz says "The shipment of this tracking number is not registered."... That's confusion, my goodness... :-)
Yes, I've had an order there since the third and that's it, no phone in sight. According to the latest information, it should be in stock from September 17.9.2010, XNUMX.
That Apple would deliberately delay the delivery of the iPhone 4 because of the "case program"???

Well, maybe the problem will be that Vodafone started selling iPhone 4 only with some of their tariffs... So order by clicking on "Continue with tariff selection", which is under the iPhone...
It won't let me choose at all. I have a tariff, so I should be able to get there through the Reward after two years. However, it doesn't work the way you write it.
So I don't know where the error is... It works normally for me, I click on that button under the iPhone and then it takes me to tariffs, etc...
jj I can confirm 1.9. we also ordered one from T-Mobile and when I called there yesterday they told me that they won't have it until mid-October... :( And I don't think they have much idea how many customers are waiting for it, they told me that they do not run any reservation or ordering system.
So I probably won't get the free packaging anymore :(

Yes, yes, T-mobile even called me today saying that the phone will be available for delivery at the beginning of October at the earliest. And I have ordered it since September 5.9. :(
So it looks like Vodafone really ran out of iPhones, and probably already today. Cpost.cz reports "The shipment is being transported to the delivery post office", hooray :-D So whoever had lunch from VF should wait until tomorrow, or on Monday :-)

I recommend a terrible scene on the operator's line, where the result will be threats to go to another operator. Today, the lady from the retention department finally sent him to the branch that I told myself:o) within two hours. However, they had already fucked me in the branch in several strange ways before. The operator sent me somewhere, where they told me that they were all booked. When I asked about the possibility of a reservation, they told me that it wasn't possible... Now I have a handsome man at home, but it became an advisory scene for me. It is sad that in CR it is simply not possible to do good. A man gets everything when he stomps, otherwise no one listens to him...
So I spent three hundred for a phone call to the VF infoline :-D They told me at the store that there was no way to order it. Nevertheless, it is really possible to order, with the new tariff. I completed the order, I received a confirmation email and it threw me into the payment gateway. The young lady kept repeating that there is no way to order it (that they don't have it in stock) and that it is simply not possible and that she has different information than I do when I claim that they are extorting new customers at the expense of existing ones who are entitled to reward after two years. She kept telling me that they still haven't arrived and when I ask what package they sent to all those who received an email that it was sent to the post office, she just said that they simply disappeared quickly :-D I noticed that when it was impossible to find them after the opener and the possibility to order it did not appear in the self-service all night :( Big disappointment from VF !!! :(

An accurate description for building customers, especially for those who have relatively expensive pasal like me. There is no point in arguing at the branch or with the line operator. I keep repeating what Maja wrote. I have the same experience.
Resp. after I learned at the branch that the phones are open for reservations again, but it is not possible to make a reservation, I called the line. So I repeated mine for about 20 minutes, what kind of nonsense is this. The operator also kept repeating that he couldn't do anything for me. There was also a list of facts, such as ten years at VF, great payment morale, tens of thousands spent annually for services, etc. Nothing, it didn't work... so I say that they will connect me to the retention department (department for departing customers) that I want to switch to another operator. There I repeated the problem, with the information that I consider this procedure, which wastes my time, to be disrespectful. Next, the lady and I agreed on which branch to send it to me and in which variant. He was there in two hours, she called me to inform me that I could pick him up and apologized for the operator's previous behavior on the line and in the stores. I then picked it up in the store, they had it ready in the store. microsim and in 5 min. I left satisfied.
I am generally a very satisfied customer of VF, but sometimes you need to go hard for your own. It is obvious that they have iPhones, but they only release them to a very limited extent and they try to attract new customers as a priority, rather than rewarding builders or selling phones separately.

I called VF about 100 times and I got so many different answers, iPhone: no, it will be, it is, but you can't order it, ask at the store, it will be in stock tomorrow, it will be 1.10, it will be in a week, I was already really angry when I went to the Prague store and got a great answer: "We have two here, but they are reserved" but I didn't get that option. As a long-term customer of VF, I visited a newly opened store in a smaller town on October 5.10. she learned that they have one piece there, but they can't sell it to me because it's only for new customers. (what the hell is this nonsense!!!) So, despite the fact that my tariff would have cost me less than 14 thousand, I solved it by buying the Po My 0SMS and 0 free minutes + iPhone4 tariff at full price.

Operators are ordering, but Apple is canceling their already confirmed orders at the last minute. I also have no influence on whether 16 or 32GB versions will be delivered to them. The situation will improve only when the general availability of the iPhone improves. Apparently, the availability is worse than it should be, which most likely confirms the mention of a "repaired" device.

This is exactly how I, as an existing VF customer, had to solve it directly at the store, because they had the last piece there, but they could only sell it to a new customer for a tariff, so a custom tariff of 0,0 nothing and an iPhone at full price.

The thing is, Vodafone has a few remaining pieces and the sellers have instructions to sell them to their regular customers first. That's why it might be a bit confusing somewhere.) If you have a tariff with VF for a longer period of time, you just need to go to a bigger store, where there is a better chance :) I asked in three stores. On the third occasion, the gentleman asked me: In the event that we have some pieces, if I want it for the company, for the tariff and if I know the password for the self-service :) he looked at his monitor for a while and then said that if I want it now, so there purely by chance for tariff customers :-))) so probably like this :)
