So far, it looks like this is a really serious bug given how quickly Windows and Linux developers responded to it - a fix is already hard at work. To fix this error, the kernel memory component needs to be re-isolated from the surrounding processes. However, this action will cause the computer to slow down between 5 and 30%. It is not yet entirely clear how this issue will play out on the macOS platform. However, we can expect the impact to be similar to other platforms.
