They focus directly on the lives of allergy sufferers and can thus immediately inform about what, for example, is currently blooming. So let's take a look at the most popular programs for tracking allergens.

The first thing we must definitely mention is the Sensio Air: Allergy Tracker app. This tool can immediately inform you about current allergens in the air that can make your life uncomfortable, and it is also used to identify your specific allergies. In addition to finding the mentioned information, the app will also serve you for monitoring your health (long-term symptoms), possible detection of specific allergies, prevention and the like.

It is also worth noting that this is one of the most popular applications in the industry. At the same time, it monitors air quality in more than 350 cities around the world and supplements individual predictions for allergy sufferers with weather forecasts. At the same time, the software promises an increase in the quality of life, as through advanced algorithms it can determine, based on your respiratory difficulties, whether you suffer from allergies and what specifically can cause you those difficulties. Of course, based on the allergy, it is also advisable to use the correct medication. Even with that, the app will advise and recommend when it is appropriate to take, for example, Claritin or Zyrtec, when to reach for nasal sprays, and the like.

Air Matters is also a literally perfect application. This primarily focuses on air quality, but also provides detailed information for allergy sufferers and is mainly available in Czech. So, as we mentioned, the main focus is on air quality. In this regard, the app can even work with various indexes (from European, to American, to Chinese) and immediately informs about the overall evaluation (on a scale from 1 to 100). Of course, it also provides information on individual pollutants. In addition to the overall evaluation, the weather, humidity, wind speed also informs, for example, about the proportion of ozone (O3), sulfur dioxide (SO2), carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen dioxide (NO2) and others.
But in this case, we are more interested in allergies, which of course are not missing here either. Just scroll down a little in the application and you will come across the section Pollen values. The risk of developing an allergy is calculated here, and which allergens specifically bother you in a given place - whether it is grasses, sagebrush, birch, alder and others. There are also interesting health tips (recommendations for the use of air purifiers, restrictions on outdoor activities, recommended ventilation, etc.), weather forecast and air quality and pollen, a map showing the air quality index and more. It is also worth mentioning the connection with the voice assistant Siri, a practical app for the Apple Watch or notifications warning about pollution and allergies. This is again available in Czech and focuses on providing personalized pollen forecasts, which of course will be most appreciated by allergy sufferers who may suffer in the current period. At the same time, the app suffices with information about your current location and takes care of the rest itself. Every day it can inform you about potential allergens from trees, grasses and weeds, while also recording how you actually feel that day. In this case, the clarifiers will also serve as a personal diary informing about your allergy.
Anyway, as we mentioned above, the so-called pollen forecast is also typical for clarifies. The app can thus estimate in advance the amount of pollen from trees (birch, hazel, alder, oak, etc.), grasses and weeds. It continues to offer air quality and weather forecasts. To make matters worse, you can also find here the so-called Pollen calendar, which informs you about the flowering of individual trees and grasses in a given period - so you will immediately know which of them are already over, so to speak, and which are yet to bloom.
