We could also see the last few keynotes where Apple presented its flagships across categories on live video, and the presentation of the new iPads on October 16 will be no exception. Apple confirmed this directly on its website at Apple.com/live. So it will probably use the same format as when introducing iPhones and Apple Watch, i.e. a live video stream combined with its own live blog with embedded comments, images or tweets.

Hopefully, this live stream will be free of the issues that plagued the September keynote, such as dropouts, two simultaneous music tracks, or Chinese dubbing. The transmission will start at Thursday at 19.00 p.m our time, you can also look forward to ours live transcript with photos from the event. The keynote is expected to introduce the new generation of iPad Air and iPad mini, new iMacs with Retina display and the official launch of OS X Yosemite for all users.
