Apple picker Přepravní společnost PPL CZ s.r.o. brings an application for iPhone users that allows you to find out the current status of your shipment and other information you need to know about delivery.
Controlling and operating the PPL CZ application is simple. To begin with, you enter the number of the shipment you want to search in the prepared field, and the application displays the following information:
- the sender of the shipment
- Recipient's zip code and city
- the amount of the advance payment and the weight of the shipment
- day or evening delivery window
- possibility of payment by card to the driver
- to whom the shipment was delivered
The application can remember the last ten searched shipments, which you can find in the History tab, and you can rename them for faster orientation.
If you have a shipment to pick up at a depot, you can find all the necessary information in the Contacts tab. In addition to the address and phone numbers, there are also GPS coordinates that simply move you directly to the map, so you can check where the given depot or head office is located.

PPL CZ has only been in the App Store for a while, but the shipping company promises to add:
- the possibility of ordering a collection for cash without the need for a contract
- display of the delivery schedule to your zip code (currently on the PPL website)
- push notification function
- bar code scanner function for reading a barcode from a label
- support for other language versions of the application (currently Czech and English)
- other additional features requested by the users of the application
