It is therefore not surprising that the developers from the Honor Code studio chose the ocean floor as the setting for their horror project. But Narcosis claims that the greatest horrors await you in your own mind.

In Narcosis, you take on the role of the main character, an underwater miner who finds himself at the bottom of the ocean after an unfortunate accident. There the drastic lack of oxygen will become your biggest concern. You can find it in various places in the game, but Narcosis can also cleverly deprive you of it. Your consumption fluctuates depending on the situation you are in. Be prepared that if a giant octopus comes after you or dead bodies appear in the area, you will use up precious gas much faster.
While the dark depths are a popular setting for supernatural horror films, Narcosis doesn't belong in that barrel. All the dangers that are in store for you are real. At the same time, your mind will also become your biggest enemy, which will start recoloring reality according to itself. You can also enjoy the already atmospheric game in virtual reality.
