In the series about Apple's native applications, we will dive into the waters of the iOS operating system again for a while. This time we're going to focus on the native Health app on the iPhone, and as always, in the first part, we'll first cover the very basics of it.

The Zdraví application can automatically record a number of movement activities and vital functions, either thanks to the connection with the relevant applications and devices, or based on data that you manually enter into it yourself. If this is the first time you run the Health app on your iPhone, the system will first prompt you to fill in a health profile with information such as your date of birth or gender – but you can still use the Zdraví app without creating a health profile. If you want to create your profile additionally, click on your icon in the upper right corner and then on Detailed health information -> Edit. Then just click on the data you want to change and enter it.

Native Health on iPhone serves as a place where you can conveniently and clearly view all possible information related to your health, fitness and physical activity. To view data in Health, click Summary on the right side of the bottom bar. To view detailed data, always click on the arrow to the right of the given data. What data will appear in the Summary in native Health is up to you. After you click Summary, click Edit on the right, click the All tab, and then click the star next to all the data you want to see in the summary. Setting the display in the summary does not affect the recording of the relevant data - this will occur even if you do not allow their display in the Summary.
