In another of our regular series, we will gradually introduce native applications from Apple for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac. While the content of some episodes of the series may seem trivial to you, we believe that in most cases we will bring you useful information and tips for using native Apple applications.

Adding an account

Adding a Google, iCloud or Yahoo email account is very easy in Apple's native Mail app – just run Settings -> Passwords & Accounts and here in the section Accounts tap on Add Account. Then just enter yours e-mail adress and appropriate password – the system will verify the information and if it is correct, your account will be added. In the following steps, you will then choose whether you want to add other items from your email account as needed calendar or contacts.When another account tap the option Other -> Add mail account and enter the necessary information. If you are not sure what information you should enter for your account or whether your account should be used IMAP or POP, turn to service provider – data on incoming servers a outgoing mail you should find in help on the website provider your email.

Working with messages

In the native Mail application, you have several editing and formatting options when creating messages - you can find the menu bar above the keyboard when writing a message. For font adjustments serves "Aa" icon, you can also add to the email photo taken or photos from your iPhone's gallery. To the right of the camera you will find icon to add an attachment from Files, then it is located next to it icon pros document scanning. Lockers and VIP

By default, you can find mailboxes in the Mail application Inbox, Outbox and Trash. But you can also create your own here custom mailboxes. In the list of mailboxes, tap Adjust in the upper-right corner, and then in the lower-right corner, tap New mailbox. Then the mailbox name itand select her location. If you need to move email message from one mailbox to another, open the mailbox Incoming and in the upper right corner, tap Edit. choose news, which you want move, click on Move and choose to which box you want to move the selected messages. Move messages you should always select before deleting the selected mailbox - you would otherwise delete it together with the mailbox lost all emails, which is located in it. For deletion go to mailbox list and in the upper right corner, tap Edit. choose mailbox, which you want delete and select Delete the clipboard. You can also set selected contacts as in the Mail application VIP – just tap on selected message, in its header tap on name or address of the person in question and select Add to VIP.
