Also today, we will continue our series on native Apple applications with the topic of Calendars in the iPadOS operating system. In today's episode, we'll take a closer look at deleting events, editing and customizing your calendar, or creating multiple calendars on iPad.

We discussed editing events in the last part, so today we will just briefly remind you that you start editing the selected event by first clicking on the event in the calendar, and then clicking on Edit in the upper right corner of the event tab. To save your edits, tap Done in the upper right corner. To delete an event, first click on it in the calendar view, then select Delete event at the bottom of the event tab.

If you want to customize the view of the Calendar on your iPad, go to Settings -> Calendar, where you can set the behavior of the calendar in terms of time zones, set alternative calendars, set the day your week starts, or perhaps set the default calendar. In the native Calendar on iPad, you can create several different calendars - for home, work, family or even friends. If you want to view more calendars, in Calendar, click the calendar icon in the upper left corner. You can then set which calendars will be displayed in the panel on the left. To create a new calendar on iPad, click Add Calendar at the bottom of the left panel with an overview of all calendars. To change the color of the calendar, click on the small "i" icon in the circle to the right of the given calendar. Select a color and confirm by clicking Done.
