The popularity of Apple products among corporate employees is growing, but they must be given a choice

The company Jamf, which takes care of the support of Apple products in the enterprise sector, has released very interesting statistics that show that Apple products are becoming more and more popular in this sphere. The data shows that nearly three-quarters of employees prefer Apple computers when given the choice. It's the same with phones.

If an employer allows their employees to choose their work computers and phones, they increasingly reach for Apple devices. At least this is what follows from the market analysis prepared by the company Jamf, which focuses on the implementation and support of Apple products in the corporate sector. According to their information, up to 52% of employers let their employees have a free hand in choosing their work computer. 49% of employers then do the same in the case of mobile phones.

Of these selected groups, it is said that 72% of employees choose computers from Apple, while 28% of them reach for a Windows machine. In terms of mobile phones (and tablets), Apple received support from 75% of employees, while 25% would reach for an Android device.

Another interesting fact is that employees who were allowed to choose a work platform according to their personal preference are far more productive than those who are assigned their work tools. 68% of employees say that they are more productive thanks to the phones, tablets and computers of their choice, and 77% of all respondents said that freedom of choice in this regard is very important to them and plays a big role in whether they stay with this or that employer. The survey took place during March and was participated by less than 600 employees across companies around the world.
