And that certainly cannot be said about other titles that borrowed the concept from this one and transferred it to their environment. In almost all cases, it was failures that gradually end.
Pokemon GO via Mobile application connects the game environment with the real world, for which GPS and the phone's camera are used. The game was developed by Niantic developers, and the Pokémon Company, which is co-owned by Nintendo, also participated in the production. But you don't just catch Pokémon here, because the game offers other activities, such as subsequent battles between players, which also brings PvP elements to the title, or you can go on raids against stronger characters to defeat them with your friends, because you are not enough to do it alone.
Well, yes, but other games also offered all this. In 2018, for example, a similar title Ghostbusters World was released, in which you caught ghosts instead of Pokémon. Even if you found this world attractive, the game itself was not very successful. And as you can probably guess, its existence didn't last very long either. The biggest surprise is certainly the title Harry Potter: Wizards Unite. It was released in 2019 and its end was announced at the end of last year. It is remarkable that Niantic are also the developers of the Pokémon GO title, and therefore they did not manage to fulfill the vision of income in any way with the same concept. Therefore, it is clear that everyone is trying to ride the wave of his success. But as you can see, when two do the same thing, it's not the same thing. Even if just one does the same thing, it won't repeat the success. Whoever was interested in the concept played the original title. Who wasn't interested, maybe tried one of the following, but it didn't last long with him.

As one of the latest concepts coming out of Pokemon is The Witcher: Monster Slayer, which brings its players into the complex world of The Witcher. It only came out a year ago, so only this one will tell if it holds up or if it's another forgotten project.
