On Monday, Apple surprised and introduced a new color variant for the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus. This is a deep red model from the charity collection (PRODUCT) RED, which interested parties can order from yesterday afternoon. However, only the classic models received a new design, the flagship remains unchanged in terms of color variants. Last night, a study of what the iPhone X could look like modified into the black-red color combination that adorns this year's RED models appeared on the web. See for yourself in the video below.

The newly published concept appeared on video and it looks at least as good as the classic iPhones in this color scheme. Due to the minimal frames, the black border of the display is very elegant and looks a bit better than the all-black front panel of the iPhone 8. Due to the absence of these black areas, the visualized iPhone is basically almost entirely red.

It is somewhat strange that Apple introduced the new color option only for classic models. There has been talk of a new color addition to the iPhone X for several months. A gold-colored addition was originally expected, but none has yet appeared. Most likely, we won't see this red variant either, because it wouldn't make much sense if Apple delayed the release specifically for the iPhone X. For now, we can only admire its hypothetical form. If Apple really came up with something like this, would you use the offer of this color, or would you go for the more conservative black or silver?
