As developers already they promised at the beginning of the month, so they did. Pixelmator, the popular photo editing software and graphics editor, has also arrived on the iPhone and is now available for all Apple devices (except the Apple Watch). Plus, owners of Pixelmator for iPad won't have to pay anything extra. iPhone support came with an update that makes Pixelmator a universal app for iOS.

There is no need to introduce the application at any length. Pixelmator on the iPhone is practically the same as on the iPad, only it has been adapted to a smaller diagonal. However, it has all the popular functions, including a wide range of photo editing, working with layers and various graphic tools. Pixelmator on iPhone even brings the magical "Repair" function, which the developers had the opportunity to demonstrate directly on the WWDC stage a year ago.

Along with the update, new features are also coming to iPhone and iPad, including tools based on Metal graphic technology that allow objects to be curved (Distort Tools). Also new is the object cloning function, which Pixelmator for iPad users have been asking for for a long time.

In addition, according to the Pixelmator developers, we can look forward to a new e-book with tutorials arriving in the iBooks Store in the near future, and a whole series of video tutorials are also in the works.

You can download the new universal Pixelmator for iOS at a temporarily discounted price 4,99 €. So if you are thinking about buying, don't hesitate.
