Ondrej Holzman Game studio NimbleBit announced a few weeks ago that it is preparing a new game Letterpad, and has now revealed that it won't just be coming to the iPhone. The simple word game is also heading to the Apple Watch, and the developers have already shown what it will look like.
The principle of Letterpad is not at all complicated and it is included among dozens of games playing with letters. In the upcoming game from NimbleBit, you will have a three by three letter grid in which you will always have to find the word that fits the chosen theme.
As it will not be anything more complicated, Letterpad will also be able to work on the miniature display of the Apple Watch, where the nine fields with letters and help in the form of a topic will fit. However, the game is not yet finished and the question is whether the version for the Apple Watch will be ready right after theirs start.
NimbleBit has behind successful games like Tiny Tower whether Pocket Planes and now with Letterpad, it shows what kind of games we can expect on the Apple Watch. Their small display will be suitable for similar simple and undemanding games, although of course the primary purpose of using the Watch will certainly not be gaming.
