Apple picker Advertisement: PayU has started offering Apple Pay. The first merchants enabling payments using this digital wallet via PayU are on the Czech market through their mobile application Pilulka.cz and the company Ateli, s.r.o. on the website postovnezdarma.cz.
Apple Pay as another option for an established payment service PayU simplifies the online shopping process. It is a digital wallet that allows payment by card in a simple and fast way, without the need to update the data every time. Card details are securely stored by Apple.
"Apple Pay we added to our offer with two goals. On the one hand, we wanted to provide maximum comfort to all end users who have the opportunity to use a wide range of fast and secure payment methods. On the other hand, we wanted offer to our business partners with the latest mobile payment methods. We have no doubt that Apple Pay will customers very well received," says Barbora Tyllová, country manager of PayU Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
Apple Pay payment has been available in the PayU offer since the end of February and will gradually be introduced to more e-shops and websites.
"With PayWe have been working together since the very beginning of the Pilulka projects in the Czech Republic, Romania and Slovakia. Thanks to their progressive approach, we can be one of the first merchants in the Czech Republic to implement the Apple Pay payment method into a mobile application," says Michal Hanáček, director of Pilulka projects.
Apple Pay is available on select Apple browsers and devices (mobile and desktop).
