If you were quick this morning and snagged the new iPhone X in one of the first batches, you're probably very excited about your new phone. If you didn't pick up a protective case when you bought your phone, we highly recommend doing so. With the release of the new iPhone, Apple also published new information about how it will actually be with out-of-warranty repairs for this device. As you might expect, if you break your iPhone, it's going to be pretty expensive to fix.
If your new iPhone X screen breaks, it will cost you $280 to repair. If we recalculate this amount according to the current exchange rate and include some duty and tax, in the Czech Republic this service could be around 7-500 crowns. That's an amount that's not far off the purchase price of a basic iPhone SE. In addition to the display, you can also damage "other" things on your phone. So if you somehow significantly damage the internal components or the skeleton of the phone as such, the repair bill will climb to a very high 8 dollars (approx. 000.-).
The Apple Care+ service is ideal for these cases, but it is not officially available in our country. For an additional fee of $200, the warranty is extended to 2 years (which in our case does not change anything), but there is also a deductible for the first two damages caused by an accident. In the case of an iPhone for more than 30 crowns, this is already a very interesting offer that is worth considering. The user will then pay only $30 for the repair of the display, and only $100 for "other" damage. Apple Care+ can be purchased through a foreign Apple Store and can be connected to the device only within 60 days of purchase.

Hi all, today I confirmed a pre-order on alga, and was horrified to find that their breakage insurance has a 10% deductible. I'm not used to it from istil, iwant, or T-mobile - there is zero deductible. I'm just writing this for information, it surprised me.
In the case of Alza, you will not receive the insurance payment anyway. They always find something. Your participation will be 100% anyway and you have already flushed about 5000 down the toilet on some of their "insurance"
Oh well, I already canceled the order, I definitely won't buy it there. =)
I don't see what you are wondering. It's enough to wonder how much it costs to repair an S8.. So some 9000 is not so unusual :)
Don't know how to get AppleCare? Thank you
Apple Care should be purchased either by visiting an Apple Store in nearby countries or via the web, for example via apple.co.uk or apple.de. The Apple Care package should be connected to the phone according to Serial No. However, I have not personally tried it, I only have second-hand information, so hopefully someone here will confirm/refute it.

how about insuring it within the household? you can fit in the price of three thousand and it is for all appliances at home, not just the phone...
