Office on iOS has a big day today. In the front row Microsoft has released a complete Office suite for the iPad. However, Microsoft is far from finished with iOS today. An update to OneNote, the Mac version of Microsoft, has also appeared in the App Store released last week. The application will offer a significantly redesigned design in line with iOS 7 and naturally also with the new applications Word, Excel and PowerPoint for iPad.

It is positive that Microsoft is finally trying to score more significantly also among users of Apple devices. After all, the Mac version of the notebook from the Redmond workshop met with a very positive response and immediately attacked the top ranks of the Mac App Store. Since a new version of Office for Mac is also expected in the near future, the successful OneNote is a great promise for all those who are waiting for the new Word, Excel and PowerPoint for Mac.

An important change has also taken place in the Office Mobile application for iPhone. It is now available completely free of charge, and from today it is no longer necessary to be a subscriber to the Office 365 program in order to fully use it, i.e. to view Office documents and their basic modifications. You can download Microsoft Office Mobile for free from App Store.
