We have already written several times about the fate of the Titan project. Apple has stopped its efforts to develop and manufacture its own car and is developing separate systems focusing on autonomous driving. In recent months, you've surely noticed pictures of what cars equipped with these experimental systems look like. Apple has already innovated them several times, and five modified Lexuses currently operate as autonomous taxis between several buildings around Apple's headquarters in Cupertino, California. An interesting video appeared on Twitter this morning, on which the entire system of cameras and sensors is recorded in detail.

The video was posted on Twitter by the co-founder of the company Voyage, which also deals with autonomous driving systems. The short ten-second video shows quite clearly what the entire structure looks like. The complete system that Apple placed on the roof of these SUVs includes several cameras and radar units, as well as six TO DEAL sensors. Everything is embedded in a white plastic structure that sits on the roof of the car, where it has the best overview of what's going on around it.

In response to this tweet, another image appeared showing essentially the same thing. His Author however, he noted that he had seen the car modified in this way directly in the working cycle. He arrived at the stop designated as the Apple Shuttle, waited there for a while, and after a few moments he started and continued on.

It has been known for a long time that Apple tests its systems in this way. Because of this, the company had to go through a rather lengthy process with the local authorities to allow them to test in live traffic. Apple has never officially announced anything except that its representatives have confirmed several times that similar systems are being researched and "something" is in development. It's such a big unknown if we're looking at something we'll see next year, for example, or something that will be in development for a few more years. However, given the increasing competition in this industry, Apple should not be too idle.
