Many apple growers had today's date circled in red on their calendars. This year's third Apple Keynote was held today, at which we expectedly saw the presentation of the new MacBook Pros, specifically the 14″ and 16″ models. Many Apple fans have been waiting for the brand new MacBook Pro for a really long time, including us in the editorial office - and we finally got it. I can honestly say that we got everything we wanted. And the delivery time of the new MacBook Pros only proves it.

Pre-orders for the new MacBook Pros began today, immediately after the end of the Apple conference. As for the date of delivery of the first pieces of these new machines to their owners, i.e. the start of sales, the date is set for October 26. But the truth is that this delivery date was only available a few tens of minutes after the introduction of the new Apple computers. If you look at Apple's site and check the delivery date now, you'll find that it currently extends to mid-November, and even December for some configurations. Therefore, if you want the new MacBook Pro to be delivered to you this year, then definitely do not delay, as it is very likely that the delivery time will be moved by a few more weeks.

With the arrival of the new MacBook Pros, we also saw the introduction of two new professional chips, the M1 Pro and the M1 Max. The first mentioned chip offers up to 10-core CPU, up to 16-core GPU, up to 32 GB of unified memory and up to 8 TB of SSD. The second mentioned chip is even more powerful – it offers a 10-core CPU, up to 32-core GPU, up to 64 GB of unified memory and up to 8 TB of SSD. In addition, a major redesign is evident in both models – the 13″ model has been transformed into a 14″ one and the bezels around the display have also been reduced. The display itself is labeled Liquid Retina XDR and has a mini-LED backlight, just like, for example, the 12.9″ iPad Pro (2021). We must not forget to mention the expansion of connectivity, namely HDMI, SDXC card reader, MagSafe or Thunderbolt 4, fast charging support and much more.
