Vratislav Holub Last week saw the launch of the two remaining Apple phones – namely the iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max. The whole new range is quite a success and apple lovers are cheering. However, as is usual, new products suffer from certain bugs that make using the phones themselves somewhat unpleasant. In today's article, we will therefore look at the problems recorded so far, about which users complain the most.

We will be the first to shine a light on the "crumbs" of this year's offer. The iPhone 12 mini is a hot commodity, which is desired by a huge group of apple lovers, especially in our country. This phone perfectly combines the latest technologies, which are somewhat similar to the iPhone 12 Pro, with a compact size. However, immediately after the launch of sales, the Internet began to be filled with the first complaints. A number of users began to complain that their iPhone 12 mini has problems with the sensitivity of the display on the locked screen and often does not respond at all.

Because of this problem, it is often difficult to swipe up from the bottom to unlock the phone, for example. Activating the flashlight or camera (via the button) is then practically impossible. The display cannot always recognize touch and swipe. However, once the iPhone is finally unlocked, the problem seems to disappear and everything works as it should. It is also interesting that the error does not occur when the phone is powered. In the current situation, Apple users explain these problems in only one way - the iPhone 12 mini has conduction/grounding problems, which is evidenced by the fact that it works normally when powered or when the user touches the aluminum frames. When using any packaging that prevents contact with the frames, the problem repeats itself.
The iPhone 12 mini suffers from a rather unpleasant problem with the sensitivity of the display. We managed to capture the video attached above to the editors, which partially shows the problems that using the iPhone 12 mini brings with it. So far, however, it is not officially certain what is actually behind the problem and whether it is a hardware or software error. Currently, we can only hope that we will see an explanation and a fix soon. Personally, I find it strange that such errors passed the testing and the phone still entered the market.
New iPhones have a problem with receiving SMS messages
Another bug only affects the iPhone 12 and 12 Pro for now. However, it can be expected that new owners of the 12 mini and 12 Pro Max models, which arrived on store shelves only last week on Friday, will soon begin to draw attention to the problem. Indeed, some users complain that their phones have noticeable problems with receiving text messages. They either do not appear at all, are not notified, or some of them are missing from increasingly popular group conversations.

Even for this problem, we do not know the official reason (for now), since Apple itself has not yet commented on them. However, in the case of this error, it can be expected that it will be caused by the software, and therefore we can expect its correction in the coming days. After all, one of the main tasks of the phone is to be able to receive and send text messages, or SMS.
