Apple has released the second beta versions of upcoming updates to all of its operating systems, moving them a little closer to being released into live use. In addition, the betas contain very interesting news that are worth reviewing. In addition, the second beta versions add a few little things and confirm functions that have not yet been confirmed.

The biggest draw of the upcoming iOS 9.3 system is probably a function called Night Shift, which regulates the color of the display according to the time of day to protect you from inappropriate blue light as sleep approaches. Naturally, Night Shift is also part of the second beta. In addition, it has been confirmed that this function will also be available through the Control Center, where a handy switch has been added.

Another interesting new feature is the possibility to secure your entries in the Notes application using a password or the Touch ID sensor. The new 3D Touch feature is also increasingly expanding through the system, while new shortcuts to the Settings icon were added in the second beta. iOS 9.3 also aims to move iPads towards school use and adds support for multiple users, among other things. However, for the time being, this long-awaited function will only be functional in the school environment and will remain unavailable to regular users.

We did not observe any visible changes in the second beta of OS X 10.11.4. The main news of this upcoming version of the desktop operating system is support for Live Photos in the Messages application, which makes it possible to display and share "live photos" via iMessage. As in the latest iOS, you can now secure your notes in OS X 10.11.4.

The watchOS 2.2 system for Apple watches also received its second beta. However, nothing new has been added compared to the first beta. However, users can look forward to the possibility of pairing more different watches with the iPhone and to the new look of the Maps application. The new ones offer the option to be navigated home or to work immediately after launch. The "Nearby" function is also available, thanks to which you can view an overview of the nearest businesses. The information is obtained from the database of the popular Yelp service.

The latest tvOS operating system, which powers the fourth generation Apple TV, has not been forgotten either. It brought the first beta of the system called tvOS 9.2 folder support or Bluetooth keyboards. But another desired feature is only now coming with the second beta. This is iCloud Photo Library support, thanks to which users will now be able to easily view their photos on the big screen of their TV.

The feature is disabled by default, but can be easily enabled. Just visit Settings, select the menu for iCloud and enable iCloud Photo Library here. Until now, only Photo Stream was accessible in this way. It is pleasing that Live Photos are also supported, which will certainly have their charm on the TV screen. On the other hand, Dynamic Albums are not available.

In addition to the second beta of tvOS 9.2, a sharp update to tvOS 9.1.1 has also been released, which already brings users the aforementioned folder support, as well as the brand new Podcasts app. Although it has been firmly established on older Apple TVs for years, it was initially absent from the 4th generation Apple TV. So now podcasts are back in full force.
